Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) at SFHH LLC is responsible for overseeing nursing-related services, ensuring compliance with Wisconsin DHS regulations, and supporting high-quality, person-centered care for clients receiving services through Adult Family Homes (AFH) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) programs. The RN provides clinical oversight, staff guidance, and care coordination in accordance with Forward Health and Medicaid requirements.
